Added after 1 Day:

24 hours later and still no response.

I've sent multiple tickets and emails. Nothing.

Not sure if my old email just can't receive RG emails but I gave them another email to use and still nothing.

Support was never this slow to respond in the past.

Now i will explain my case.
1. I work with RG more than 5 years so it's not easy to change hoster because i need to transfer 15tb files from RG to some other file hoster.
2. My users loves to download my files from RG.
3. Where to go ?

But after this BRUTAL SHAVING month it's definitely time to finish cooperation with these THIEVES !
