How come for new sales i am still getting the 6.495$ commission? Sometimes for new sales commission is coming as 7.495$ and sometimes 6.495$. Anyone having any idea?

Yes when you hit 100 dollars it will be auto processed, you dont have to request it as long as you havent put payouts on pause.
