why did RG set Zero second waiting time for non-registered/non-premium downloaders? this really made an effect in my sales.

i tried setting it up to 180 seconds but its useless. hope they fix this

Does rapidgator support respond to concerns made in this thread?

I can't log in to my rapidgator account and when I tried to use the "forgot password" button and have a link sent to my email, I never received an email (spam or otherwise).

I sent a support ticket on the rg site and sent an email to rapidgator support.

I just want to make sure my account wasn't hacked.
