What is the use of old payments when there is no new sales ?! :thumbdown:
for me, sales is ok I haven't read through this thread lately so I don't know if it's been mentioned.
I had a few payments to paypal cancelled because RG had difficulties with the payment processor they were using at the time. Earlier today I finally received the total outstanding pending amount.
RG states on their payment page that they remove 5% from the amount they owe as their fee, I would guess to cover what Paypal would charge their payment processor.
Not only does RG remove the 5%, their payment processor now also charges 4% of what they transfer to my Paypal account.
For instance, for a Paypal payment, RG now says you need at least $100 owed to you before they will make a payment.
On that $100 they withhold 5% which means you're now down to $95.
NOW their payment processor also withholds 4% (actually just a bit over it), so you're now left with $91.20 which is actually deposited into your Paypal account.
It would be nice if all of this was clearly stated on RG's payment page.
Anyone who continues to use Paypal for payments from RG should be aware of this.
