This is the very good thing, if you see any ip which is not your you can blacklist so it will prevent hacking accounts.

Actually you can't blacklist IP you can only whitelist IP, and it doesn't work if option "Check IP during authorization" is not enabled.

If you whitelist your IP and enable this option, and your ISP suddenly change something and that affect on your IP you wont be able to log in to RG.

They should show list of last 10 or 20 logs from each IP like rapidshare did that at their time or how google doing that in gmail now. They should learn from better!
