Yes you can.. you can get local exchanger which can exchange directly to your bank account..
since i'm From INDIA.. so i got some indian loacl exchanger...

If you are from India then i can gave you that exchanger contact detail..
if outside from India then you had to search in google.. or friends..
since you had to search carefully there are lots of scammers..
which tell they can exchange at the rate of 1 : 1..
but when they get money they run away.. so be carefull...
