this is how much rapidgator cares about it's users, especially those NOT on PPS:

As far I can see it is been fixed. 99% of our customers on PPS anyway.

to RG, the 1% (according to this support staff member) in PPD isn't worth the trouble of fixing problems.

RG also knows that free users in pps -> files are deleted because they do not count their download (30 days);

in addition to deleted files random

does not take a genius to figure out that not have space in the servers

and everything is intentionally!

If they don't want to be useful and actually provide support to the "1%" on ppd, they should have the decency to say so....

I'm premium, on ppd, and they don't give a crap about anything that might be wrong with anyone who's on ppd. Despite the fact I still get them sales.

What a bunch of unprofessional guys..........
