There are many people now trying to ranking up video for search engine result page. so whats your tips to get top ranking on google web search result page? what type of work you need to do to optimize video for search engine?

At first select a specify keyword for your content and add information about your keyword. You can watch your content Google first page by your keyword.
 
Ranking a youtube video is done by adding in tags. Tags being searched for by people. I once tried this in my video and it worked. I am not sure if building backlinks can help but all in all it just revolves in tags.

If you put your targeted keywords in your video description then it will get good rank but keep in mind that your video length should be less 30 second.

1. Increase views,likes and Comments
2. Share video link in social media like Google plus,Facebook,Twitter and LinkedIn
3. Do social bookmarking and microblogging for video link
4. You can build backlinks for getting good result
