Question about seedboxes

Guys hope I have posted in the correct section anyways here's my question.

I am on private torrent tracker and want to get my ratio back up, is getting a seed box for a few months the best way to do this or is there another way to do it.

but going VIP would not let me up load fast. I have good down load speed but up load would take days to do.

Thought if I went for seed box this would allow me to get files quicker then be able to upload so that my ratio went up.
