BitShare offers a cancellation form here: http://bitshare.com/contact.html
There is no subscription elsewhere, BitShare processes over firstdata.lv and they save your payment info with your first transaction. If BitShare wants to renew your account, they send a rebill request to their credit card processor and you will get billed again. Nevertheless, ask them to cancel and refund your money for the actual rebill since they do not clearly state on the payment page http://bitshare.com/myupgrade.html nor their billing form that you will be rebilled automatically which is clearly against VISA / MC strict rules. If they will not refund it, you can still contact Payoneer to do a chargeback since you did not authorize BitShare to rebill automatically.
