I like your download count system (count all download even from premium user ) ->it's a good plan for uploaders to work with in a long time (most of filehosts now count only 1/pre ip/24h) + Replace shit captcha = 4 clear numbers and support IDM ->still better than some others. But the waiting time to next free download is too long (~1h/ file) seems not friendly with new customers... -> it should be 10 minutes for small files <=200Mb , 15 minutes for 201-500mb, 20 minutes for 500-1024mb
The statistics had better more detailed same as uploadstore's one. I think pyramidfiles should make combo Pay Per Download + 15-20% commissions of all premium accounts sold via download links (Skipfile has combo plan with 30%/premium sale, filehook's is 75%, filesonic's is 60%, uploadstore's is 15%...).
The price of all premium packs are higher than filesonic and most of file hosts, moreover most of files now are hosted in filesonic, fileserve, hotfile, megaupload so what's the reason to make the customers use your site?
You should add/change:
*3 days premium pack = 2$ (Duckload ~1.5$, Uploadstore 4$),
*30 days = 9$ (Hotfile 9$, Filesonic 9$, fileserve 10$, duckload ~14$, bitshare 10$, skipfile 6$, filehook 10$),
*90 days = 20$ (Uploadstore 20$, filesonic 25$, duckload ~27$, bitshare 20$, filehook 20$),
*180 days = 35$ (Hotfile 35$, filesonic 35$, uploadstore 30$, duckload ~40$, bitshare 30$, fileserve 35$, filehook 35$, skipfile 24$),
*365 days = 55$ (uploadstore 50$, filesonic 55$, duckload ~67$, bitshare 54$, fileserve 60$, filehook 55$, hotfile 55$)-> for more competitive with others file hosts.
