PutLocker FTP upload

I have tried in days to use the FTP upload but it always giving me the same error. Support has stopped responding me now (yes they answered me before).

Used client: FileZilla
Getting error: Incorrect login (It's strange because I enter correct, I have tried to change it)
Account type: PRO
Support: no more answers

Someone who had/have same problem? Or maybe got a solution?

It looks like PutLocker found this thread and started to respond on my mails again.
The problems is now solved for me tnx putlocker
