Yes, this is a very disturbing problem . Ive seen some of my files with this problem too. The files looks fine in your folder, but when you try to play them its says that they are removed and then the next day some of them are fine again.
 
As If 1 out of three counting as unique was not enough now it has become 1 out of four. I always belived that this unique download thing is a lie and now I think I got my answer.

I've been unable to login to your companys ftp server since yesterday. I always get login errors complaining about my password. I've tried it 3x , copy / pasted the pw and still same result.
