Other Public or Private RapidLeech/sBorg Hosting

Hi,

Can someone tell me where can I get Public or Private Rapidleech or sBorg including with the Premium Account also support remote upload to the filehost. I've look around here and I don't see any hosting/server that allow Public Leech. If got any suggestion, please share with me.

My requirement are :-

1. I can make remote upload to the other filehost like Filesonic, Fileserve, WUpload, Rapidshare, Megaupload etc..
2. Including with premium account so I can download the files and upload the files back to the filehost using my account from your server or my pc.
3. Looking for Unlimited Bandwidth.
4. Good price for the good plans.

After successful download or upload, I will delete back the file from your server.
