I don't have an exact budget on this, but I'm looking for someone cheap and trust worthy as I don't want my template spammed around the whole world.
I'd prefer if you've dome something of this sort before, and can give me a preview of your work, also this isn't some unbelievable skin so don't worry, basic but custom.
