Well whatsoever it doesnt make any impact. Almost all pro internet users uses warez in one another way and cool kids often keep backups. Whatever law is implemented they aint gotta buy any shit by spending fucking moola :D and about sites, most em are direct visitors and shared by partners. Only less send by google and other SE's according to my experience with my sites. So who will lose the battle?
