People make mistakes. I have done too. Good people honestly accept their mistakes and try to correct it. They'll at least not repeat same mistake over and over again.
But some under-educated people won't accept their mistakes and they will try to hide it using whatever power they have. Unfortunetly for us, these people always ended up in higher seats.

This itself says how much responsible, educated and sensible you are. And fortunately enough, people like you stay out of powers.
PSH downtime started when? 28th Aug 2012. How the fuck can you blame me for it?
As for them being banned before i left - Yes, they were banned on WJ for 3 active infractions (we do not treat anybody specially). They are now re-banned since they haven't paid the support staff they hired from here.
Do i need to say anything else?
You consider me as a stupid. That I knew from the begging. But I don't mind, coz that doesn't make me a stupid. Taking about apology PM? You thought I'll fall for that? You just wanted my signature removed. Non of my requests were fulfilled up to now.
Staff here must focus on protecting members from hosts like prospeedhost and try to make WJ a better place for webmasters. But you guys promoting crap. Letting every webmaster down for few bucks.

Sorry, we forgot our crystal balls and magic beans, when we came here to moderate WJunction. So, we are not able to predict the future, to see which of these hosts will scam users, in advance. Until they scam, we can't know what they are doing, we don't mark people as guilty, before proven otherwise. Now stop moaning, scammers are banned, nothing else can be done, if they weren't scammers, Rox would be paid for work, and servers would be online, there's no one else to blame except yourself, for not informing yourself enough before any purchase, and those who are real scammers.
If you aren't able to use common sense, and check providers before you purchase something, and think just because mod-smod-admin is promoting some service, that it is best on default, then yeah, you can blame it on staff. But in real world of grown people, there's no one to be blamed except those 2 I already said. It's like you said it's WJs fault because we were hosting scammers intentionally.
We're repeating these lines like every time we discover someone going down for DDoS, when we find scammers, but some people just don't learn.
Keep your daily backups.
Never purchase annually.
Always have prepared backup plans for host A B C.
If you run multiple sites, never put all your eggs in same basket.
Read Terms of Service.
If you're not ready to move, in any time of day or night, you are screwed. And so easy to blame on someone else.

This will be the end of this discussion for me. I know, you can't do anything about prospeedhost now. But you just have to accept it. Think about how disrespectful you're on this post for Storming. Everything Storming said was true. It'll be better if you keep your silence rather type that kind of junk. And you have been disrespectful for me in the past. In my feedback thread as well. He is the one that got scammed by them, they ignored the fact that they owe him money. Therefore, we banned them before something more serious happened. And it's not him who banned them, and it's not decision that was just made up in minutes. It's a decision where every staff member had all facts in front of him, and found out that they should be banned.
People were buying hosting with them after he left. Where do you find his involvement in scam? Were they scam while he was with them? No. So? Did he took your money and run away? No, he wasn't even paid for work he did. He was scammed more than anyone else.

Based on the info on this thread, if I read it correctly, Freddy was not talking about or thinking that Rox is involved in the scam operation but the fact that he made a mistake by choosing this negative-minded group of company and helped it grow, popular even noticing that they went constantly changing brands etc. I think he's just saying Rox made a mistake not realizing such action is suspicious of being a possible-future scammer. And he, Freddy, was saying to accept this mistake.

Anyways, you guys should chill out. I had a few good times with ShoutCastUK owner and I did not expect him to be in a case like this as well. Also I know Rox, he's a good guy. He must be honestly not suspect about this in the beginning.
There's saying that you can't be blamed for what you're not aware of.
We would need staff with mindset of a scammer, to catch them all.

Or he actually meant Rox is getting away because he's mod, but his lack of arguments allowed him to insert something completely irrelevant, just so he could finish his sentence with hard words, like something is happening in that sentence, that is important?

I did NOT make a mistake. Every host has a downtime. Do you know even gmail goes down once in a while? Well, why would you care about it? You are here just to bash me. Why do you want to show posts when the hosting was alive and kicking and members had issues on their accounts or when PSH was being DDoSed and it was down? Obvious that you just want to butt hurt me or even go the length of abusing staff. There are LOTS of good reviews as well, why dont you link to them?
Windows VPS - Did you ever see me promoting it? It was a client who never bought from WJ and hence did not get a reply/support from me. Anyway, providing support on WJ is not allowed. You just conduct sales, not support on here.

And again, he left BEFORE they decide to shut down their service. There is nothing, and even you said, that involves HIM in scam. Therefore, what would be the reason for him to say, that it was mistake, and accept what? Someone's else responsibility?
If he would apologize, that would mean he's guilty of something.
If I was working for coca cola for 10 years, and all was ok, and one day I left, and after a month there's 100s of people that got poisoned by cola products, would I be anyhow responsible, or I should say it was mistake that I worked with them? Are you serious?

It was never about you Rox, It was never about PSH. It's just about Mods promoting low quality hosts. You're a good example of it. This has to stop.
Do you have any idea how much damage this cause to WJ? and for WJ members? Do you care about WJ members? Do you respect WJ members? (Example would be nice) Do you like this (Mod+Bad Host) to happen again? If not, what are your plans to stop it?
