People be Warned
I tried to sign up for this, and when trying to sign up the support was great. I was really enjoying this company.
I sent payment in on Monday 4/26/10 at 1251 PM.
I was then told this.
I email them back 47 hours later.
asking what ws going, on, I was told it woudl be 48 hours, and I have not heard anything from this company before that.
Okay this is fine, I can live with this, not the end of the world. It shoudnt be to much longer then right.
24 hours later, I still do not have service, I still have not heard any kind of reply from them about what is going on.
I was told if they can not deliver after 72 hours, they will offer a 100% refund, or 1 week free. I email support 8 hours ago, asking for a refund, so we will have to see if it comes through or not.
But everyone be warned, this was my experience with this company. I was not impressed, communication was horrid after the sale, but great before the sale.
Needless to say, if you cant tell me what is going on with the service, or try and communicate with me if you have things come up, then I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I was really looking forward to this company has well, I had heard good things about them, and the speeds were good on test files and everything else. But I just can not do business with someone that can not communicate.
