File sharing does not just mean warez rapidshare is not just for warez but we use it for that. Believe it or not other people upload non-warez to rapidshare.com

@vps9Ryan i am not sure as i cannot see where it says Warez Hosting Offers only. I just see Hosting Offers and Discussions.

And there is nothing wrong in having onshore offers for the people here at wjunction. Its not like wjunction has people who have warez sites only? There are very many people here with legit sites.

So i would suggest please do not come up with such replies to hosting thread's, Just think what if you were in his shoes.

So its very negative to do that, just concentrate on your hosting why interefere into someone else's business?

P.S: @all - It has various topics with servers onshore on this section, I even buy vps and dedicated onshore for rapidleech purposes.

They are better to Megaupload.
 
Regarding warez, well even on Netdirekt server you will get null routed if you host warez. Since I read so many thread in here offering dedicated server from Netdirekt then is that mean you are not allowed to post in here too? (I only know either in sweeden or panama for warez = legal server). The rest is almost the same.

We are not filtering what file you host as long as you didn't get any DMCA take down then it should be fine with us. Just simply remove the file if you get reported, thats all.

Warez linking is allowed, by simply linking warez on your website it doesnt mean we have to take down you site. We simply forward the email to you then reply to any parties which want to take action, "as long as the file is not hosted on our server then you have to fwd this take down notice to related parties of which where the file is hosted"

Conclusion:

**Regarding rules - when we post our offer here means we are ready to accept a client either you host warez or not

Another things I need to make clear here is not everyday you will get a dmca takedown notice (unless you are really famous like yagbu etc where everyone is tailing you wherever you wanna go). If you are lucky you will not and if you are not then you will get it.

We have client who use it as torrent server hosted on the same datacenter for about 4 month now. For seeding axxo klaxxon and much more dvdrip movie, anime, kdrama, jdrama as well as providing direct download for subscriber, we didn't get any single complain yet.

And what are torrents mainly used for? 1 popular (illegal) tv show has more seeders in 1 hour after it's uploaded, than all the legal torrents combined. It's like saying thepiratebay is completely legal as they only index stuff like google. It may be somehow by avoiding some dodgy laws, but the intention of the site is pretty clear.

I tried to sign up for this, and when trying to sign up the support was great. I was really enjoying this company.

I sent payment in on Monday 4/26/10 at 1251 PM.

I was then told this.

Got your order. Server information will be delivered either today or a least within 48 hour. How many additional IP you required.

I email them back 47 hours later.

asking what ws going, on, I was told it woudl be 48 hours, and I have not heard anything from this company before that.

Actually this 500GB HDD is out of stock so we ordered a new stock and which just arrive a few hour ago. The setup in in progress and we expecting it to be delivered in a few more hour from now as soon as we sort out all the order.

Okay this is fine, I can live with this, not the end of the world. It shoudnt be to much longer then right.


24 hours later, I still do not have service, I still have not heard any kind of reply from them about what is going on.

I was told if they can not deliver after 72 hours, they will offer a 100% refund, or 1 week free. I email support 8 hours ago, asking for a refund, so we will have to see if it comes through or not.

But everyone be warned, this was my experience with this company. I was not impressed, communication was horrid after the sale, but great before the sale.

Needless to say, if you cant tell me what is going on with the service, or try and communicate with me if you have things come up, then I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was really looking forward to this company has well, I had heard good things about them, and the speeds were good on test files and everything else. But I just can not do business with someone that can not communicate.
 
Looking at the price and the bombastic specs, I was tempted to buy as well. However, as I asked a few questions, some questions asked were not answered. Especially when he clearly stated that there were already 4 people who purchased the server and felt very happy with it. I just asked him for a screenshot as a proof, but he just ignored my message.

Clearly, no one can provide you a GigabitBit port for such a low price. Even for shared, 10TB on a GigaBit port won't be as cheap as this.
