i recieved these e-mails

syslogd failed @ Sun Jan 18 02:46:54 2009. A restart was attempted automagically.

and

sshd failed @ Sun Jan 18 02:46:54 2009. A restart was attempted automagically.
Service Check Method: [check command]



i have tried rebooting the server and services but nothing happening......please help
