Problems with rdahost.com

I have noticed for a couple of days now rdahost.com had started to go slow.

Thhe website is not online, so I cannot write to support, about my my RDP is not connecting so I am losing a day as I have not been able to access today at all.

I am upset with the staff of this host as one of them is a Mod here, but I have been told he has started Ramadaan, but this does not say why Domenic, who has been online today has not done anything about this. I have also talked to Forgiven on MSN, and he has said that he cant do anything about it as he cant pay for site as he does not have access to PayPal, which isnt helping.

I hope that the problem is sorted, but I think for nowthat you should close the rdahost.com thread until something is sorted out for the customers.

You should do thorough research, IMO, when deciding on what host to go with. Forgiven and Domenic already have a history of failing with Buzzhost on here. Only a matter of time before their next venture fucked up.

EDIT: Closing the thread with announcement to prevent spam in that topic and possible orders.
 
Hi,

As most of you know I do work at rdahost. also with domenic and Mr-r-t. At RDAHOST all I have access to is the whmcs portal and admin acc on rdp servers thats all. When bills come up I dont have access to the server billing or access to our paypal/alertpay so i cant really do anything
 
This sucks, i cannot access my RDA which means i cannot get working on my sites.
I am sure RT will sort all when he is on though so my advice is be patient, im sure he will compensate for our downtime also
 
May I ask Forgiven who does have access to Payment, as you told me on MSN that Dom does, but now Dom has said he doesnt.

Please R-T come online
 
Yes I agree with you Jason, but would RT leave the business with Dom and Forgiven without giving them access to pay for RDP and also the actual website?

I think i phrased myself wrong before. AS a correction I only have billing access to the website, not to the rda server itself. but I dont have any money in my paypal. And i dont have the rdahost pp
