Hello 
I have setup a multisite wp 3.5.1 on a shared hosting with a reseller account.
On the multisite I have totally 3 sites (2 under consternation and 1 active site). I have installed on my network admin 31 plugins(maybe is a lot) and i have activated 15 on network admin and on the activated site another 8 plugins (from 31).

My active site used to have 15k+ unique visitors monthly, and now 3-5k every month. I believe that I lost visitors because I spent two much time to find a solution in my problems with my account rather than updating my site...:/
my host package is:
UK Server/LiteSpeed
CPANEL (11.34.0 (build 11)) & WHM
Apache version 2.2.23
PHP version 5.3.18
MySQL version 5.1.65-cll
Architecture x86_64
Operating system linux
Perl version 5.10.1
100GB Storage Space
1TB Bandwidth
CPU Limit Usage 25% (it is normally on cpanel>logs>Resource Usage Overview>CPU Usage> limit 4%?!)
I/O Usage 2024
Entry Processes 20
Physical Memory Usage 2GB
Virtual Memory Usage 2GB
1 Dedicate IP
And i pay 215.46 USD (Annually)
Some of my problems:
a. Randomly fail to load
On Firefox got this msg's
1. Server not found
2. The connection has timed out
And on Chrome this msg's
1. Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to domain.x
2. Error 7 (net::ERR_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out.
The answer of my host in my problem is:
The connection from an IP is restricted to 30 at a time. If this exceeding, the IP will be banned on the server firewall.
b. 3-5 times on month server or sql is down
c. CPU & RAM resources were limited for your site
and many other problems

More of my forums friends says the solution is to to move to vps but i don't know is I have the proper knowledge. It's easy?
Do you know any european good (wordpress optimize server, secure, good helpdesk etc) vps host with the same budget(I don't know if is any vps server with the same package)
