Probleme with kloxo

HI i have a web server with kloxo after doing a OS re install & Kloxo re install i just made a dns template

with

ns5.lwks.in
ns6.lwks.in

and create the name servers on my domain registrar with the used ips but its stil not working

i tryed ping but not working if any one can help me please

Nameservers add for more than 2 days

pm me i have a look i used kloxo load of times and got sites working less then a few hours i helped someone last time that didnt get there sites working

Did you try to add a domain with the template?
