My account was hacked on w-bb. They asked me to reinstall my OS and remove all malware. I did that and submitted ticket yesterday to their support but they didn't answer anything so far.
Does anybody now how much usually take until warez-bb support answers.
And i have one more problem, my e-mail account is also hacked and i can't change my password on w-bb. I really need to recover this account so any idea what should i do?
