problem with my pc

hello wj members,
i got a problem..
when i opened "my computer", it is saying "No such interface supported".
what may be the problem.? how can it be corrected.?
am using win7

am a newbie.. plz help.

No such interface supported error message if you install a customized version of Internet Explorer that was created with the Internet Explorer Administration Kit (IEAK) version 5.01 Service Pack 1 (SP1), 5.5 SP1, or 6.0. If the problem is still not resolved, reinstall Internet Explorer. If you are using the version of Internet Explorer that is included with your operating system, reinstall or repair your operating system. i guess u have IE8 on Windows 7 .
to solve the prob of 'No such interface required'
am going to assume your windows installation is on C:\ and in C:\ windows
1. open command promt as an administrator
2. type
CD C:\WINDOWS
(and C:\ if you werent on that drive by default)
3. type Dir *.dll /s /b > c:\regdll.bat
4. A file 'regdll' is created on C:\. Right click on it and select the Edit.
5. Replace c:\ , with Regsvr32.exe /s c:\
6. Delete all line having $patchcache$ and WinSXS
7. just run c:\regdll.bat again in command prompt
