If it says email address is not valid then you have typed in the wrong email address unfortunately. Even if you have many failed login attempts your information would still be found valid in their system.
Best thing to do is to contact support and provide all of your credentials and have them search for your account that way.
I have problem, I sent them in PDF format but no use
"We cannot accept the documents you have submitted as they are not one of the document types we have specified. The documents must attached to your email, and must be in .jpeg, .jpg or .pdf format and between 300 KB and 2 MB in size."
Documents must be in jpg or jpeg format only. So if your documents are on pdf format, you have to convert them into the required formats. There's a lot of converter online which I did many times. Also follow the size they're asking to be submitted.
Just prove and submit all necessary documents. I already did these things until they accepted my documents.
