Problem with ftp

Hello
I have a vps (windows 2003) and since morning everytime i upload a file with ftp it just repeat uploading process. i mean upload goes to 100% but instead of finishing upload it start uploading again that file. can you guys tell me what's the problem. by the way i upload on fileserve,filesonic,uploaded.to,filepost.

is it being uploaded in a linear fashion to all the hosts that makes you think its 'repeating'?

with repeat i mean it start to reuploading that file. like i started uploading a concert with 3 part (part1.rar etc) when i checked it there was 12 of every part in my fileserve and filesonic manager and it was still uploading in my ftp client. btw i use Cuteftp and tried FileZilla too.

session out on ftp might be the reason. correct me if i am wrong.

I don't know. if that's the problem how i can fix it ???
