Problem with File-Remoter

I have a problem with file-remoter for a week now.

I cant seem to use it to remote MU links. i.e


MU2MU
MU2RS
MU2MS

MU 2 (every other host) doesn't work. This is really annoying as i have a premium membership there, i tried contacting support but i didn't get any response from them.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

I have a problem, too. 8th server is down and remote links doesn't work. I sent an e-mail but I didn't get any response.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

i am also on 8th server. recently purchased premium membership. i am also unable to upload filesonic.com links. it says unable to login to filesonic. what should i do . i also mailed them but no reply. but when i mailed them in starting regarding premium account then they reply within an hour & managed to put new server in 12 hours. what is this. any help.....
 
I haven't used file-remoter in a while....I've found that leechdaddy is much faster than fileremoter for me at least, and it costs about the same. 6.99 a month vs. 5.99 I think.

You should go to the leechdaddy thread and see about getting an acct, they give you four days money back.
 
It fixed, server is running. But now I can't change my fileserve premium information!

When I convert filesonic link, it says "Error: Not a filesonic premium account". There is no problem at my filesonic problem.

Please, fix it.
