Problem /tmp/eAccelerator in vbulletin 3.8.5?

Dear WJ USer i exprience 7 years in vbulletin but this problem is facing first time...

Actually last time i purchase a hosting for www.kishmishpk.com fourm so forum is running a full and fine condition...So after i month mail has been received..

so waitng for 7 days i know that my problem is solved but nothing...

so again waring by mobile sms has been received.

ok. Tell me the full path/destination of the files created by our script which i am not sure caused by our script. Anyway, i will remove the files if found any. Thanks.

The destination of files are /tmp/eAccelerator

If you will not fix, we will suspended this account permanently.

Dear Sir i check all the time but could not found any eaccelerator....but i experiences that this problem in ur server end...

So plese tell me what problem in vbulletin...or hosting..
