Problem on DLE 9.3 Error Number: 1267

Hey Guys
I m Install Datalife new version 9.3 & Restore my Database,
All Working Fine But just Give him this Error
Any User New Register to my site but show Facing this error

Kindly Help Me Any One Solve this Problem

Make sure that all tables and fields are of same collation
Change collation of dle_users to what you want to set (normally cp1251_general_ci)

ohh yes go to dle admin adn than click database and repair it
