Problem info - Payoneer Payment method

I'm make money with one company it's same CPA - PPD = Offers

when I put payment method payoneer because already I have Master Card also I Active my account payoneer, every time when I put my info here :

everytime say please enter valid information but already I write all my info correct .

please somebody HELP ME .
