problem in my ipod

i just opened my ipod and found this :-

what that mean and how can i solve that

Download latest itunes from Apple's site and after installing, connect your ipod with your computer with itunes opened via USB. Basically your Ipod or any iDevice for that matter, is configured when you connect your ipod to comp with itunes opened, via USB.
