problem in hdd....urgent help needed!!!

Hello Friends,
I am facing some problem with my internal hdd......from last 3 days my system was continue hanging in short durations for few seconds in both os (win 7 and win xp). Today i insert win 7 disk & delete both windows partition & create a new one & try to install win 7 but it was not susccessfully installed. After that i insert hiren boot disk & try use some disk management tools but what i saw that my other logical partitions are showing invalid format. Now this time i insert win xp disk in cd rom & boot from it but after reading files it shows some error. see below screenshot for error.



after that i again insert hiren boot disk & delete my primary partition and create two new partion that i was using before and install win 7 in one partion but after installing win 7 my all other partitions gone invisible. I also check computer management where partition are showing but i am unable to format them from cm. I am attaching a screenshot of computer management.



hope i'll get some solution & will not loose my any data.

Well you deleted them....
But firstly I would find out why your system died... Why you couldn't install new system.. Run with hirens ram test, check hdd. If ram are broken you gonna have same issue later...
If you want to restore something you should do that now, there are some ntfs recovery tools... The more you use hdd the less it will be possible to recover it.
After you finish then delete all partitions. Install windows back with partitions you want and copy back files.
 
I tried HDD Regenrator but nothing found....below is the screenshot of the result

i wonder that after replacing ram i found my one drive 100gb.....now i am back up all my important data from that drive to my lappy and will reboot after that and pray for other drives too.....but the problem is that i have installed win 7 & my second ram is only 512mb so the system is very slow atm...do i need to format primary partition to win xp????

I guess win 7 still can run under 512 MB ram, a bit slow

yeah win 7 working under 512mb ram but bit slow....now what i am thinking that only one drive is visible for now so when i'll done with this drive data backup i'll install xp and hope that other drives will also visible under it.
 
ok lsn.... take ure hdd out, use a SATA cable to connect it to another computer, back it up... plug it back in and FORMAT everything, re-install your OS of choice..
after its up and running, take your hdd out again, connect to the other pc and copy your files back... plug it back in and voila...
 
if u want to install both xp and 7 , first boot from xp and make the partitions and install xp first, then install 7, cuz i think in 7 we can only make 4 partitions.... if u try to make more than 4 with 7 setup , then it will not show the other partitions and show only 4, so I say install Xp first then 7...
 
1. First of All Some Problems of Computer HDD Occured Due to Any Kind of "Conflict" I Know You asks If There is No Another HDD Attached, So How its "Conflict" But Its system Way, So First of All, Unplug this HDD, & Try it in another system, Then Try to Install Windows XP in Them, I Hope It Start Works, I also Got same Problem, & I am Panic & Insert lot of CD's But Nothing Works Then I Unplug the HDD & Again Plugin, & Wow Its Works, Try this tip.

Mate if the drives are dismounted they wont mount in automatically;)
When you connected hdd to laptop you should try to mount all partitions.
If they are not mounting in then you have to try to recover.
When you finished with that.
Windows 7 is terrible slow on 512ddr1 or ddr2. I would recommend you to place back hdd, run xp cd, delete all partitions, make new ones ( how many you like) and instal xp to first one.
If you want to run 7 then you gonna have disable half of unused services, themes.
On such low spec machines I just install xp or linux (ubuntu, opensuse) with wine or virtualbox. Believe it or not but most applications run alot faster than in host machines...
You didnt said are the ram healthy...
 
now finally i get my all drives back.....what i did just replace ram with another one & install win xp. Below is the screenshot of my all active drives.

A very big thanks from my heart to all who helped me to solve this problem but due to my one mistake i have lost my one drive data and now i want to know that which data recovery software is best to recover data from formatted drive.
 
Have you checked that ram which you installed is 100% functional?
Data recovery should be done by externally connected hdd, not in use by system.
Find best ones and try all of them, best chances to recover more data ;)
 
guys finally i get my all data back....thanks to power data recovery.
I also want to know that which ram is good as you know already that my ram got damaged. Is it possible to buy ram online.
