Probationary Restrictions in IPB

Hey all,

I am new here,i saw that i cannot perform some activities.

I really like this MOD.
So is there any MOD for IPB v3.1.4 because alot of spammers spam my forum and i am fed up of deleting their posts,banning them etc.
