I would like to have private RDP server, i currently have 2 RDP plans, and maybe 1 or 2 my friends will join, so it is like i want to be re-seller. Current expenses for this is around 35-40$ and I thought maybe for that money I could by some private server, or something little above that, and we will be the only ones that will share resources... plus nobody else can restart computer, slow down connection and many other staff that often happen on regular RDP. I even start buying encode RDP plans (even if I don't encode) just to have smoother working.

So, does anyone have some ideas and tips? Thanks in advance

So you suggest that i buy from them and ask them to install windows server? From that part all should be the same as it is now with regular rdp?
 
yes, when i ordered Windows server from them, i got login credentials which i added into mstsc (windows remote desktop application) and i was able to access remote windows desktop.
 
I was able to create user accounts having full administrator access to the windows. But i not tried the RDP in an multi-user way.

Online dot net charges extra 30e for every month if you want to have windows on it, and that is little to much, do you know some cheaper way to get windows dedicated server

i see that RDP that I use currently have some evaluating version that expires in 70 days... maybe some trial versions...

I suggest you to go with Germany or Netherlands Windows VPS or Dedicated server, Check Leasedlayer Netherlands and Germany Dedicated server plans. we do have some affordable server packages with instant and free setup.
