Do not purchase hosting from prewebhosts.info.

I purchased a plan off him and after a day or two I had frequent down time, eventually (after it going down every 30 - 60 mins or so all day) I opened up a ticket asking for a refund.

Here's the conversation:

So, he took his sweet time replying to my tickets dragging it out until past the 5 day money back time.

Opened a dispute with paypal.

Many hosting sites use .info domains. Its not the domain that counts, its the quality of the hosting.
