i am facing problem in Rdp and you guys are not respoinf you was available there when i post about my ticket but now you are offline and your client area is not working So..
 
Mate you have opened the ticket 30 minutes ago.

Also client area is still working infact i have just replied with the solution about improving your raring speed.

It took 2 minutes for me to rar a 2GB file.
 
Please format my Hard disk and install utorrent and rapid manager And they way you are telling me i am doing that why since start tomorow was alright but today its just having problem with speed
 
I dont know what you guys have problem
you have restarted your whole server second time i lost my all data,all accounts info,firefox integration with IDM i lost 2 days because of you i submitted ticket but you havnt reply yet WTF give me refund if you cant manage your server with this daily restarting and firefox intgration problem etc
