Dude, don't upload via ftp. I don't know why but it's so slow even for FS, for FS try uploading via browser. It's kinda hard and stupid but its fast.

Maybe the network is not fully configured yet. Usually, any softlayer network is damn fast for HF, FS, FSC, ES.

I am going to assume you had FireFox open with many tabs, were unraring/raring, and also uploading via FTP. Try to do only one at a time.

We are working hard to continually improve our service as well as speeds. A new FTP client has been
introduced to replace FileZilla.

Nope at that time, I had only Hotfile, Fileserve and Rapidshare tabs open.

I already unrared and rared everything before uploading, and then uploaded. How could unrar/rar affect the server speeds anyways? Plus the tabs on FF were idle, I set some tabs on autoreload after trying to upload and contacted your support on msn. I would try again tonight if I get the same speeds, I'd ask for a refund.

I appreciate everything you've done. No offence to you in any ways.
