buld a premium link generator is hard and you need a lot of trick for survive and earn money.

If you are starting from scratch you will need $700+
If you have script, then you will need at least $400+
The $400 includes hosting, paying for the filehosts(they cost like $12/mo), and the price I put up is considering that you will start making profit eventually.
TBH, I wouldn't recommend it unless you have $5000+ so that you can get the best script and best UI to attract customers based on aesthetics, secondly there are debrideurs like alldebrid and real-debrid which offer 100+ filehosts and torrents at just 4 EUR, so you as a new guy will certainly not be able to beat that.
Think again if you think this business is profitable(unless you got lot of money and $80 stands no change :facepalm
