This is kinda lame way of thinking - "donation" should be treated as a way of someone to support your site ( if one likes a site and downloads from it often then there's no problem in giving administrator a few bucks to help cover hosting costs, or just buy beer and sit back with warm, fuzzy "i'm doing good job" feeling ), not buying rights to access phished/carded/cracked accounts.
