Personally I like DA.
cPanel has tons of options, so it was literally made for noobs, but yeah, I do most of my stuff through SSH now, so DA pretty much goes hand-in-hand with SSH if you know what you're doing.
Well about this I do have to say that there is requirements for cPanel to run on your server so of course its not for every server. But I mean c'mon, most servers that hosts are offering are off the charts with stats. Almost any server can run it without any problems, especially if your a big host where people only like cPanel. Seems like people run away on shared hosting when you tell them you offer kloxo.
I have to go with cPanel hands down. I don't think it's made for noobs. Why wouldn't you want something simple to use and is stable and secure at the same time. I don't understand. Plus it also has alot of support for cPanel. Unlike the other control panels, there isn't too much support.
cPanel hands down.
P.S. I have a VPS that I run kloxo with for my own personal use. cPanel not needed.
cPanel for me. It's simple and easy to use. Tried kloxo, it's nice but it just isn't as good as cPanel and in case you screw something up, you always can fix it with cPanel cause everything is pretty straight forward.
I think that cPanel is a good choice for those new to website hosting and development. cPanel is very user-oriented, and you can get "the hang of it" fairly quickly.
I think cPanel will be #1 for a long while, it's really easy to use and well instructed as well as more and more new Addons coming out for it, it makes it much easier to use
A control panel is just a frontend to the functionality you already have via a terminal, so I don't need one. All I need are zsh, vim & screen and any other useful linux util
