Are you serious? It don't matter if it's forums.html or whatever.html, as long as it's not subdomain it's good to go. Pagerank isn't for each URL separately, it's for the domain itself...

Second, before I wrote the post I actually double checked and it was returning 404. I re-checked now and for some reason it does indeed say it's a N/A. So in conclusion I have edited my first post to VALID pagerank4 URL for your satisfaction.
