You must be kidding if you are expecting domain appraisal value or even anything near that! That appraisal is for keyword magestic and not for webmaster keywords.

Also, AWStats 2k+ UV every month and Analytics shows 120+ why is there such a huge difference. Your analytics screenshot is not clear/complete.

Do you have any earnings from this website?

Yes savkeultra, its a licensed vbulletin software, i bought this license 2nd hand on DP 1-2 years ago(not transferable, vb username and password will be given) and is included in the sale.

The analytics screenshot is true and complete, if you want to verify i can do it via team viewer session.
I am ready to proof everything above with team viewer, if you want.

I don't know...If you work hard to bring more traffic then you can surely increase the earnings.
Domain is brandable and hire a seo expert to make it on top of SE.
 
So I will be buying a 13 year old domain and a Vb license. Thats it.

Your traffic is about 250UV per day.

I hope you realize that estibot calculated the value for the keyword "magestic" and neither "your" website nor "your" domain.

Anyways, if you lower your price to something that looks feasible, contact me.
 
@0ccul7, that price is estibot appraisal not BIN that you are saying to lower.
i have already stated in 1st post that i am open to offers so just send me your offers via pm or email :)
