PR = 0 for life?

Yes, my site (www.teamspy.info) is online since 2k7 and we still got PR 0
How do you think that this is possible? My site isn't banned nor balcklisted or whatsoever..
How did you get your site a PR?? ..any tricks or tips?
I got alexa rank after few months, this is really annoying...

Well, I already have meta tags + sitemap (vb seo 3.3 rulz )..
about linkbacks in higher PR sites... what should I do? Start spamming my site on some high PR blogs or what??
