I'm not comparing with others, I just wanted to know what path are they on and since am newbie and dunno much about this, there's nothing wrong in asking right..

It's ok to ask but the only way to know answer is find your own path. There are many question like yours in wj and almost of it didn't get any answer.
The alternative way is ask to be their referral. For this, you need to proof yourself to them that you are worth enough to spend their time to help you. Most of them require your earning proof that you can sale 1-3 premium account per day.
And if you can sale 1-3 premium account per day, why can't you boost up by yourself? Why do you need to be their slave :D
No one will be newbie forever. Work hard, watch and learn, do research are always the right answer, pow
