This is been a slow week till now.
You need to show that you make damm good money in PPS or PPL (that's why many people show their earning screen here) then the newbies will try to contact you via PM ask for your help, your advice.
You can pick the referal as much as you want. You need to prepare some good advice for them, how to write a post, forum to post etc.
If they do good, you move them to next level of your advice such as give them more elite forum that make good money or give them the invitation to some private forum that high sale. If they do bad, just drop them.
Then someday, you don't need to upload or sale anymore. Just grow up your gain on those labors and come to post your high earning again and again to recruit your new labor.
There are no noble guy in this shit business. Everything has its cost.

Just be good at what you are posting. Remember! Be a unique. Don't waste your time googling for the place and what top earners are sharing. It won't help you. Just work hard and earn good rep on where you are posting. As soon as people remember your name, they will be looking for your thread and $$$ are coming.
