Post revisions

from today i start to see this message

couple qiestions:
1)why i start to see this
2) for what is that?
3) how to remove it

i see it every time when i create new post

That is not new in WordPress, it just shows to Author / Editor / Owner the number of times changes are done to a particular post in WordPress.

i see this with every new post and if i follow Browse.. i see my current post.. any idea how to remove this ?
