We have just finalized our rates for our prepops where we think publishers can earn alot from as well as keep advertisers happy. You can see the rates on our Rates page at http://popcpm.com/index.php?page=faq
We have also received several messages about our prepops before not counting impressions, If they aren't counting impressions after a certain amount of impressions that means your sending us bot traffic or placed our ad below the fold. Our new script for security checks helps prevent publishers who send bot traffic or placed our ads somewhere, where no one sees it like in a zero iframe or way below in the fold. This will push all the useless traffic out of our system and make our rates stable for all publishers as well as making our advertisers happy with real viewers.
We have switched our ad system in our default ad section so that our ads are now malware free. We have cleaned out our system and double check new advertisers every hour now that we have new staff.
We have turned off our limiter on our end so that only paying prepops will show for the paying countries. If a non-paying ad viewer goes to your site that contains our code. It will not show up. We know how annoying it is for the viewer to close the prepop everytime they visit that page so we have decided to not open if its not from a paying country or has a paying ad.
We hope this is good news for all our publishers and hope to see you using us again. Also for those who havn't used us in a while, Payments are made between the 1st and 10th of each month! There is no waiting any NET day for payment or any need to send invoice to receive payment. If you reach the $5.00 Payout you will get paid on the beginning of each month.
