Hey Webmasters,


Just wanted to let the webmasters who have good traffic but don't have the right advertisers know that POPCPM is an option to try out for CPM. We are partnered with DoubleClick so we provide advertisers from google.


We pay high cpm rates for quality traffic and accept publishers world wide. We have strict website requirements though due to being a google partner. These Site Requirements are :


1. Produce, provide or link to:
-adult content
-sexual content
-profane content
-illegal drugs or related content
-hate speech or hate graphics content

2. Are hosted by a free service, are personal home pages, provide free URL redirection, or do not own the domain they are under
3. Are under construction
4. Sponsor "incentivized clicks," or “pay-to-surf" programs, or use resident desktop objects such as bars and window frames
5. Use timed banner rotation or other "auto-loading" methods
6. Have an excessive amount of advertising
7. Distribute or promote spyware
8. Contain non-English web pages
9. Generate less than 30,000 page views per month




If you have a website that pasts all these site requirements please join our network. We offer good cpm rates and give 100% fill rate.


Our network has never been late with payments. We payout on the 10th of each month for each month's earnings so there is not a long wait time.


If you have alot of US traffic you definitely can make alot with us. Our publishers with US traffic see rates from $0.30 minimum - $0.75 cpm.

Dear Publishers,

Due to recent requests from many publishers, we decided to remove the traffic requirement and accept even small websites as long as the website has real/quality content. If you were rejected before add a new placement today and it should be approved within 1-5 hours.

Also as of now we have just received a big advertiser from the AD Tech Expo which happened today in New York. They are buying all our Japanese/Korean traffic so if you have Japanese/Korean traffic, send your traffic our way and start earning high ecpms.

The missing ad type means the placement was not approved yet. Please give us some time to approve website because we have to screen them for content.

As for the 468x60 banners we are still considering it but due to the low cpms we havent added it because the ecpms for the banner ads are just too low.

Dear Publishers,

We have just seperated our traffic quality and placements. As of now there will be a option to get a Premium Placement even if your traffic is low. Our Premium Placements only contain DoubleClick ads meaning your website must not already be banned by Google in order to get a placement within Doubleclick. The ecpms for those websites that get accepted to our doubleclick program will see a range of $0.30-$0.75 ecpm.

The current placements that our publishers have that are eligible for this will be upgraded within the next few hours. To see if your placement was upgraded, it will show a DoubleClick next to your title placement.

We Hope this is good news for some of you. As for the rest of the publishers unable to join the premium partnership of our network, we still have regular banner ads where we have a constant supply of advertisers who are willing to buy our traffic from your websites.

Heres the current list for the current countries needed of traffic that we currently have alot of advertisers in:

au,austria,belgium,brazil,ca,denmark,france,germany,ireland,italy,japan,netherlands,new zealand,nigeria,norway,south africa,spain,sweden,switzerland,uk

We are still giving out 100% fill rate so send us some traffic and earn with us!

Doubleclick does not serve those ads. Are you using our ads alongside with other ads? Also whats the geo country of your traffic? ecpm depends on the country and placement of ads.
 
Please provide a screen shot. This is the first complaint that we have had about doubleclick ads serving downloads Ill try to get to the bottom of this.

:facepalm: It's just .flv ( flash animated banner ) showing people playing poker in virtual room. It's not any kind of malware.

Two possible reasons it started download prompt instead of just opening normally in browser, like it should:
1. idm link grabber intercepted it - i don't use this software, but maybe you use some "aggresive" settings you changed when you tried to download flash game from some website earlier. If you turn off idm, flash ad should play normally in browser
2. misconfiguration of pkr.com ad servers - unlikely ( even if it was the case, it should probably get fixed by now - each hour of downtime costs them 100s of thousand of dolars ), but possible - wrong headers get sent to browser, forcing download instead of opening in browser ( check for example google webmaster tools - the verification .html file is using similar headers to start download instead of opening the html file you're supposed to upload to your server )

If anyone care about his site's SEO, visitors and whatnot, I don't recommend using this Ad Network.

Just look at the number of the redirects:













This will most likely kill your website speed.


POPCPM please try to minimizing HTTP redirects.
 
I can assure you we dont serve any ads other then from doubleclick can you show me the proof of where you getting this? Also we have been under ddos attacks recently so that is why our server load has taken some time to load the ads.
 
are you using only our ads or with someone else. Also i clicked each link for that you have written none of which redirect or open to a functional page. you sure these arent just trackers for the ad codes from doubleclick?
