I made some changes, so want to know what u guys think that i can do more to improve my forum.

Logo and forum icon -> i know its not that good.. i will get someone to make new for me ...

That is a nice strategy.

With plain text, stick to regular fonts like verdana, tahoma, arial, microsoft [something] and all those guys.
It's okay to use unusual fonts on logos and maybe banners, 'cause they're meant to look different, original and unique, but in areas with regular and plain text you gotta deliver the text making it the easiest possible to read.

I think I'll make a more decent critique later,

You should change your server cause its really getting slow images are not getting displayed for me.the site sections are perfect.
 
Nice site, clean and efficient design. Just 2 suggestions:

1. Change your favicon, its not good at all
2. Try reducing the number of subsections you have e.g apps section has 9, i dont think you need so many

Apart from that everything is great
 
your background :P where did it come from? :D

nice site all together but you need to agree some facts when you ask for reviews.
